Opt In to TextToKnow messaging service:

To opt in to the TextToKnow messaging service a user should text an appropriate code for a real estate property to ‘777444′. Message and Data Rates May Apply. There are no additional charges.

Opt Out of the TextToKnow messaging service:

To opt out of the TextToKnow messaging service a user can text ‘STOP’ (case does not matter) to ‘777444′. All messaging from the TextToKnow service will then stop.

To Receive Help/Support:

To receive a help/support message a user can text ‘HELP’ (case does not matter) to ‘777444′. The user will receive a text message outlining help/support options as shown in the example below.

Opt In Example:

User sees sign or print ad for a real estate property with call to action. User sends text message to ‘777444′ with the supplied code (example: 98). The user will receive a text message with a description of the property such as:

TextToKnow Query: Great home, 4BR, 3.5BA, lrg rooms, gorgeous master ste, deck, fence, $449K. Text HELP 4 support, STOP 2 opt-out, msg&data rates may apply.

Opt Out Example:

User texts ‘STOP’ (not case sensitive) to ‘777444′. User’s cell phone number will be flagged for no further communication and the user will receive the following message:

TextToKnow. You have opted out of TextToKnow. You will no longer receive txt msgs fm TextToKnow. Email support@texttoknow.com 4 more info.

Help/Support Example:

User texts ‘HELP’ (not case sensitive) to ‘777444′ and receives the following text message:

TextToKnow-Real Estate Query. Text STOP to opt-out. Visit texttoknow.com, email support@texttoknow.com. Msg&data rates may apply.
